Leadership
As the Account Director at DCE, Leanne enjoy working with people to bring new ideas to fruition. She is strategic yet agile and thrive on tackling problems. Over the last 24 years she has successfully driven change and innovation in a variety of roles across health in private, public and not for profit sectors. She believes that success lies in a strong focus on people, innovative thinking, challenging the status quo and diversity of thoughts, ideas and experiences.
With an extensive track record for problem solving, implementing change and getting things done, Leanne prides herself on finding common ground with any group of professionals and bringing people together to achieve goals. Her mission is excellent patient care. Her focus is to make it easy and safe to provide that care.Leanne holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Medical Laboratory Science) and CHIA qualification.
Danny has joined the DCE team as the Chief Digital Health Officer. Bringing with him 15 years of extensive digital health experience. Danny has led the successful deployments of new hospital transition technologies, cloud platforms, integration platforms, Digital Medical Records, Electronic Medical Record, patient administration systems, Mental Health Solutions and region technology platforms.
His passion is modern & innovating technologies, solution design, digital architectures and designing complete solutions built for the clinicians to work digitally and to support the safest patient care.
Nalaka leads product strategy, innovation and customer success and is responsible for ensuring that customer insights drive product design roadmap and overseeing the company's R&D and product development activities. He has a successful track record of building and leading high-performance teams to drive successful business outcomes by combining people, processes and technology.
Nalaka has been in the enterprise software industry for nearly 20 years. This has given Nalaka a unique understanding of operational business processes and how technology can be used to improve efficiency and service. His unwavering commitment to innovation and results, combined with a dedication to customers’ needs, led him to successfully realign the company’s products, transforming DCE into one of the leading technology company in Australia. Nalaka is dedicated to bringing great people to DCE and has a strong passion that they have a great experience and career pathway at DCE. Nalaka holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from University of Moratuwa
Bishma leads DCE’s core business enabling functions across people, operations and finance to achieve the organisation’s strategic business goals. She has a track record of more than 18 years of consulting and project delivery experience in Technology and Engineering services.
She loves solving business problems to create value for organisations, has a history of end-to-end project delivery and loves working with people to ensure that outcomes are delivered. Bishma has a Bachelor of Science degree in physics and electrical engineering from the University of Canterbury.

Vicki Gillespie has spent 25 years leading and developing high performing individuals and teams. A global career leading people throughout Australia, NZ, Canada, US and Europe.
A professional business leader with extensive commercial experience in variety of healthcare environments including Medical Devices and Pharmaceutical markets working with direct and indirect business partners. Vicki’s professional experience includes direction of commercialization strategies, start up supply chain, High Performing teams and Global Partnership Management. Her healthcare commercial clients include Cancer Council QLD, Essity, NeedleCalm, MyScoreit, Bioventus and Innovgas In addition to her healthcare experience currently includes Board Positions with The Confident Girls Foundation (the charitable entity of Netball Australia), Data Capture Experts (Healthare Data Austomation) and St Thomas Primary School. Award winning leadership has seen Vicki excel in all sectors. Since 2019 Vicki has also runs a successful ecommerce business in the US where she designs and manufactures her own brand and product range with global distribution.
John has spent the past eleven years as a CIO and executive business partner across public and private health services. Engaging extensively with a range of stakeholders, John has delivered digital transformations with tangible benefits on patient experience and service delivery improvements. This is inclusive of primary care, acute, allied health, and community-based settings.
John made the transition to industry after 26 years as a Management Consultant, leading regional practices and having spent over 12 years in various overseas postings. Elevated by international experience spanning the set-up and growth of business shared service functions, John appreciates high-performance cultures and aligning the value of digital transformation with stakeholder expectations to drive maximum return. John is a Non-Executive director of Benalla Health (Chair), Bairnsdale Regional Health Service, Mallee Track Health & Community Service and Distinctive Options. He is also a Chisholm Institute Board Sub-Committee member and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Andrew is the founding partner of Harris Carlson Lawyers; a boutique Melbourne based commercial law firm which has a broad scope of clients, ranging from large multi-national private companies to high-wealth individuals and Federal Government bodies.
Andrew’s experience includes acting as General Counsel for a multi-national and publicly listed technology company and covers the provision of advice on a broad range of commercial and general business-related matters in the area of corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, information technology, franchising, employment, intellectual property and general contractual matters. Andrew has, for the last several years, been the primary legal adviser to DCE. He also currently serves as a director of AFL Club, North Melbourne.
